In the midst of the pandemic, Hannah & Shell tied the knot at my local city hall. New Bedford City Hall is one of my favorite locations for any small event. The city is so easy to take beautiful pictures in, starting at City Hall and heading toward the water for an epic vista. From the beautiful historical architecture, to it’s working waterfront, New Bedford has a lot of offer in the way of photo ops.
